Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons tomato (ketchup) sauce
  • 2/3 cups (160ml) cream

Preparation

Step 1


Heat medium frying pan over medium heat. Add oil and garlic. Cook, stirring for approx 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to the boil. Simmer, uncovered, for 3 minutes or until sauce has thickened slightly.
