Walnut Ginger Salmon

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp soy cauce
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 2 skinless salmon fillets
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Preparation

Step 1

In large resealable plastic bag, combine brown sugar, mustard, soy sauce and ginger. Add the salmon. Seal bag and turn to coat. refrigerate for 30 minutes turning occasionally.

Drain and discard marinade. Place salmon on foil lines baking sheet with cooking spray. Broil 4-6 inches from heat for 7-9 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork. Sprinkle with walnuts during last 2 minutes.
