Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 3 Eggs
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Preparation
Step 1
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line cupcake pan with paper liners. Lightly spray liners with non-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients.
3. Fill each liner almost halfway full.
4. Bake for 14-17 minutes. To check to see if they are done, slightly jiggle the pan.
