Ingredients
- 1 (14.75oz.)can salmon,drained
- 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 egg
- 5 saltines,crushed
- 1/2 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1/8 tsp.pepper
- 2 tsps.butter or margarine
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl,combine the first 7 ingredients;mix well.Shape into six patties.In a skillet,fry patties in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated through.
