Speedy Salmon Patties

Ingredients

  • 1 (14.75oz.)can salmon,drained
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 5 saltines,crushed
  • 1/2 tsp.Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp.salt
  • 1/8 tsp.pepper
  • 2 tsps.butter or margarine

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl,combine the first 7 ingredients;mix well.Shape into six patties.In a skillet,fry patties in butter over medium heat for 3-4 minutes on each side or until heated through.
