Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients

  • Scampi butter:
  • Scampi butter
  • 1 pound raw shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon white wine
  • 2 ounces Asiago cheese
  • Spaghetti squash
  • 1/4 pound butter
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley leaves
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • dash white pepper
  • dash Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 lemon juiced

Preparation

Step 1

Mix scampi butter with wire wisk.

Place scampi butter in large skillet. Over medium high heat, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes. Add white wine, sizzle until shrimp are opaque, for about 2 more minutes. Remove from heat and stir asiago cheese. Serve over hot spaghetti squash.
