Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 medium green pepper chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic chopped
  • cook above until beef no longer pink
  • add: 2 cans beef broth
  • 1 1/2 cups mild salsa
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 1/2 teas chili powder
  • 1 teas ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 dups uncooked rotini noodles

cook all approximately 10 minutes or until noodles are tender
1 cup = 3 points
I add v8 to thin-is very thick
