Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 1 medium green pepper chopped
- 2 cloves garlic chopped
- cook above until beef no longer pink
- add: 2 cans beef broth
- 1 1/2 cups mild salsa
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 teas chili powder
- 1 teas ground cumin
- 1 1/2 dups uncooked rotini noodles

Step 1
cook all approximately 10 minutes or until noodles are tender
1 cup = 3 points
I add v8 to thin-is very thick
