Ingredients
- 3 containers button mushrooms
- 1 brick cream cheese
- 1 pkg bacon bits
- 2 tsps. wet garlic
- 1-2 cups shredded mozz/parm
- olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Scoop out stems and a little extra from each mushroom with a melon baller.
Spread a little olive oil in a baking pan and turn mushrooms face down in baking pan. Bake @ 350 for about 20 mins.
Mix together cream cheese, bacon bits and we garlic.
Once mushrooms have cooled slightly, fill each with cream cheese mixture and place back in baking pan face up.
Cover each with a dab of shredded cheese.
Bake another 5-10 mins. until cheese is melted.
