Ham on Biscuits with Red-Eye Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated biscuits
  • leftover center-cut ham slices
  • 1/2 cup strong coffee
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Bake tube of refrigerated biscuits according to package directions.

Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Brown ham slice well on both sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

Add coffee and chicken broth to skillet. Bring to a boil and continue to boil until slightly thickened.

Serve ham and gravy on sliced hot biscuits.
