Spiral Pepperoni Pizza Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 Pounds Ground Beef (Sub 1-1/2 Pounds Italian Sausage)
  • 1 Package (3.5 Oz) Sliced Pepperoni
  • 1 Large Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Cans (15 Oz Each) Pizza Sauce
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese
  • 4 Cups (16 Oz) Shredded Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package directions
Meanwhile, in large frying pan, cook the meat, onion, salt and pepper over medium heat until beef is no neat is no longer pink, drain
Stir in pizza sauce, garlic salt, & Italian seasoning, remove from heat and set aside
Pre-heat oven to 350-degrees
In small bowl, combine eggs, milk, and Parmesan cheese
Drain pasta
Toss pasta into egg mixture
Transfer pasta mixture into greased 9x13 (3-Quart) baking dish
Top with meat mixture
Top with mozzarella cheese
Top with pepperoni
Cover and bake fro 20 minutes
Uncover and bake for an additional 20-25 minutes or until golden brown
