Ingredients
- 2 eggs slightly beaten
- 1 pound can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 2/3 cups evaporated milk
- 1 9 inch pie crust unbaked
Preparation
Step 1
Mix ingredients in the order given. Pour into pie shell. Bake in pre-heated 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Continue baking for 45 minutes or until inserted knife blade comes out clean.
