Ham and Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
  • 6 hard boiled eggs chopped
  • 4 green onions thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup green pepper chopped
  • 4 tablespoons sweet pickles chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again. Combine all ingredients, stirring lightly. Cover and chill several hours before serving.
