Ingredients
- 2 cups boiled onions (reserve juice)
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 tablespoon powdered curry
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in pan, stir in flour and curry powder. Gradually add juice from the onions. Meak medium thick sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Add onions and heat.
