Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Truffle Salt

  • 14 Brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • black truffle salt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 garlic clove

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions:
Heat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the Brussels sprouts in half and toss them with the oil.
Place the sprouts on an aluminum foil-lined baking sheet and roast until tender (30 - 35 minutes).
Sprinkle black truffle salt onto the sprouts.
Whisk mayonnaise, mustard and garlic together and serve as a dipping sauce for the sprouts.
