CALVADOS CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL

Step 1

Combine 1/4 c maple syrup, 3/4 c fresh apple cider, 1/4 c fresh squeezed lemon juice and 2 tbsp Calvados (this is a apple brandy from Normandy or can use Applejack) and stir well. Then in large container mix this with 1 bottle well chilled brut champagne, Cava or Prosecco. Garnish with lemon twist.
