Oysters on the half shell with parsley and shallot sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 TBS White balsamic vinegar or Champagne vinegar
  • 2 TBS White wine
  • 1 TBS Fresh shallots, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Fresh Italian flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. Fresh Cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. Fresh Cracked pink peppercorns if desired for color
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • 1 doz. Handy oysters on the half shell (fully defrosted)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and drizzle over the raw thawed oysters
