Ingredients

    TBS White balsamic vinegar or Champagne vinegar

  • 2

    TBS White wine

  • 1

    TBS Fresh shallots, finely chopped

  • ½

    tsp. Fresh Italian flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

  • ½

    tsp. Fresh Cracked black pepper

  • ¼

    tsp. Fresh Cracked pink peppercorns if desired for color

  • Sea Salt to taste

  • 1 doz.

    Handy oysters on the half shell (fully defrosted)

Directions

Combine all ingredients and drizzle over the raw thawed oysters
