Cheesy Turkey and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 Pkg. Frozen Hash Browns
  • 4 Cups Raw Chopped Turkey
  • 1 Can Cream of Potato Soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) Container Sour Cream
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/2 Cup Cooked and Crumbled Bacon

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spread the potatoes evenly on the bottom of the dish. Cover with the turkey. Combine the soup, sour cream, half the cheese, milk and onion soup mix in a medium bowl. Pour this mixture over the chicken and potatoes. Cover and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and top with the left over cheese and the bacon. Bake for 10 more minutes until cheese is bubbly.
