Ellen's Pumpkin bread

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup oil
• 3 eggs
• 1 cup canned pumpkin
• 21/3 cups Bisquick
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven 350

Grease 9 x 5 x 3 baking pan

Stir all ingredients togher and beat vigorously for 1 min. Pour into ban and bake for 45 mins. cool and serve.
