Ingredients
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup Zesty Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp dried oregano leaves
- 1 lbs stew beef, cut into chunks
- 1 lb red potatos, cubed
- 5 carrots, cut into chunks
- 1 -2 onions, quartered
- 2 slices of bacon, cut into chunks
- 3 Tbs flour
- 3 Tbs water
Preparation
Step 1
Mix broth, dressing, BBQ sauce & oregano in crock pot. Add remaining ingredients EXCEPT flour & water. Stir to coat. Cook on low 8 - 9 hours.
Move meat & veggies to bowl leaving liquid in crock pot. Cover bowl with foil to keep warm.
Mix flour & water in separate bowl until well blended. Add to crockpot & cook on high about 15 minutes until slightly thickened. Combine all ingredients & serve.
