Pizza Dip

Someone at my Bunco group made this and it was out of this world delicious. It seems to be a perfect appetizer even for those that are gluten intolerant as it doesn't have a crust. I used GF crackers and loved it!

Ingredients

  • 2 2 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 2 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1 1 cup mayo (not low fat/fat free)
  • 1 1 1 cup chopped pepperoni
  • 1 1 1 cup mushroom pieces (drained)
  • 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 6 1 6 1 6 oz can chopped olives
  • 1 1 1 cup chopped green olives

Preparation

Step 1

In a large bowl combine the ingredients. Transfer to a 11x7x2 baking dish. Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and edges are browned. Serve with bread or crackers.
