Ingredients
- 1 18 ounce jar apple jelly
- 1 18 ounce jar pineapple or apricot preserves
- 1 5 ounce jar horseradish
- 1 ounce dry mustard
- 1 tbsp. freshly ground black pepper, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients. Makes a lot, keep covered in refrigerator for several months. Serve as an appetizer over a cube of cream cheese with crackers.
NOTE: can be served with ham as a glaze.
