18 ounce jar apple jelly
18 ounce jar pineapple or apricot preserves
5 ounce jar horseradish
ounce dry mustard
tbsp. freshly ground black pepper, optional
Combine all ingredients. Makes a lot, keep covered in refrigerator for several months. Serve as an appetizer over a cube of cream cheese with crackers. NOTE: can be served with ham as a glaze.
