Pot Roast and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 seasoned beef tip roast
  • 4 cut up, bite size red potatoes
  • 4 cut up, bite size carrots
  • 1 sm pkg,whole mushroom
  • 1 package onion soup mix
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can beef broth
  • 1 10 3/4 ounce can water
  • 1 package marinate

Preparation

Step 1

MIX SOUP MIX, BROTH, WATER AND MARINATE AND PLACE TO SIDE.
PLACE POTATOES, CARROTS AND MUSHROOMS IN CROCK POT. (MIX) POUR HALF OF SOUP MIXTURE OVER VEGGIES.
PLACE MEAT ON TOP. POUR REMAINING MIXTURE. COOK 1 HOUR HIGH.4-5 HOURS LOW.1 HOUR HIGH.
(MAY COOK ALL DAY ON LOW)
