Ingredients
- 1 cup of light brown sugar packed
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of corn syrup
- 2 cups salted peanuts
- 10 cups of cornflakes
Preparation
Step 1
Put first 3 ingredients into a large saucepan
Place over medium heat and stir constantly until mixture begins to bubble.No NOT overcook or it will burn and set too fast later.
Remove from heat at once and working quickly add the peanuts and cornflakes.
Mix thoroughly. With moistened palms,press evenly and firmly into a 15"X 10" buttered pan.
Note: If hard to cut, use an electric knive if possible
