Ingredients
- 2 lbs. russet potatoes, peeled, diced
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green onions
- 3 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
In slow cooker, add potatoes and water. Dot potatoes with butter. Cover. Cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3 hours. In large bowl, place potatoes and remaining ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix with electric mixer.
