Ingredients
- 2 LBS. YELLOW SQUASH, SLICED
- 1 CUP MAYO
- 1 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1 SMALL ONION, CHOPPED
- 2 BEATEN EGGS
- 1 TSP. SALT
- 1/2 TSP. PEPPER
- 1/2 CUP SOFT BREAD CRUMBS MIXED WITH 1 TBSP. BUTTER, MELTED
Preparation
Step 1
COOK SQUASH AND DRAIN. MIX EVERYTHING, PUT IN GREASED CASSEROLE. TOP WITH BREAD CRUMBS. BAKE 30 MINUTES IN 350 DEGREE OVEN.
