Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
Combine dry ingredients.
Combine liquid ingredients.
Mix together.
Heat iron skillet in oven with 2 Tbsp of oil in skillet. Pour excess oil from skillet into batter. Pour batter into iron skillet.
Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.
