Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole grain oats
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 2 lbs ground turkey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 / tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven or grill to 375.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Transfer mixture to a 9x13 pan or shape into burger patties.
Bake or grill until instant reads thermometer registers 165 f.
