Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 2 tabl. mayo
- 1 tabl. dijon mustard
- 2 teas. old bay seasoning
- 1 egg
- 2 tabl. milk
- 10-15 saltines (crumbled)
- 3 green onions
- ot sauce to taste ( app. 1 teas.)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix well egg, old bay, mayo, mustard, milk, hot sauce.
Add crabmeat, salt, onion and form the crabcake. Fry in a little bit of olive oil 3-4 mins. per side.
