Derek's Crab Cakes

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
  • 2 tabl. mayo
  • 1 tabl. dijon mustard
  • 2 teas. old bay seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tabl. milk
  • 10-15 saltines (crumbled)
  • 3 green onions
  • ot sauce to taste ( app. 1 teas.)

Preparation

Step 1

Mix well egg, old bay, mayo, mustard, milk, hot sauce.
Add crabmeat, salt, onion and form the crabcake. Fry in a little bit of olive oil 3-4 mins. per side.
