Chinese Egg Soup

Ingredients

  • 32 oz. broth of your choice (I use Vegetable)
  • 2 green onions chopped
  • 2 oz. sliced oyster mushrooms
  • 1 t. soy sauce
  • 1 t. sesame oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • chow mein noodles
  • salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In a stock pot add the first five ingredients. Cover and simmer for about 20 minutes. Add the egg mixture and stir until combined. Let stand for a couple of minutes. Garnish with noodles and serve.
