Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozerella
- 1 egg
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach (thawed)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 jar of 32 oz Prego Sauce
- 9 or more lasagna noodles ( Do not cook)
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup of the mozerella, egg, spinach (drained), salt, oregano, and pepper. In a greased 9x13 pan, layer 1 cup of sauce, 3 noodles, 1/2 the cheese mixture. Repeat and top with remaining noodles and sauce. Sprinkle with remaining mozerella. Pour one cup of water around the edge of pan. Cover tightly with foil and bake 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let stand for 15 mins. before serving.
