Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup bacon, cooked & crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except bacon & cheese in a large bowl. Blend on medium-high until smooth. Spoon into lightly greased baking pan. Top with cheese & bacon. Cover & bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until heated through.
