Ingredients
- 5 lbs. onions, sliced in half and then into 1/4 inch slices
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375.
Place sliced onions in a non-reactive oven-proof pan. Cover and bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours, stirring after 15 minutes, then leave lid ajar for remaining cooking time.
