Sharp Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon Tobasco sauce

Preparation

Step 1

In a double boiler, melt cheese. Blend in remaining ingredients. Simmer, stirring constantly for 5 minutes and serve.
