Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Bacon
- 1 lb. Green Beans
- 3 Medium Potatoes, sliced
- 1 Cup Sweet Corn
- 1 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Cup Milk
- 1/4 Cup Evaporated Milk
Preparation
Step 1
Fry bacon until crisp, remove from pan. Add beans, potatoes, corn and pepper to fat in pan. Stir and fry until golden brown. Add milk and evaporated milk. Cover and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with crumbled bacon.
