Ingredients
- 1 lb. beef steak
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
Preparation
Step 1
Trim fat from beef and slice into 1/8" slices.
Mix all ingredients and stir in beef until well coated.
Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
Stir fry over medium heat until light brown, 2-3 minutes.
