Ingredients
- Base:
- 1/4 c. soft butter
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- Topping:
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tbsp flour
- pinch of salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Step 1
Base:
Stir together butter and brown sugar until creamy.
Add flour and salt, stir until well combined and crumbly.
Press into greased 8 x 8 pan and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
Topping:
Combine brown sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir until well blended. Stir in
raisins.
Pour over base and bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
