Cranberry Stuffing

Ingredients

  • 1 roll Bob Evans sausage (sage or reg)
  • 1 pkg. herb stuffing
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 1 C. craisins
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms, chopped
  • 6 stalks celery, chopped fine
  • 2 small onions, chopped fine
  • 2 cans chicken broth

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage and crumble; set aside. In same pan, melt butter. Saute' onions, celery, and mushrooms about 5 min. until tender. Mix sausage and veggie mixture, cranberries, and stuffing. Toss with broth and salt. Put in pan, cover, & bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
