Ranch Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

• 1 packet (1oz) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Dressing Mix
• 2 lbs. small red potatoes, quartered
• 1/4 C. vegetable oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in plastic bag and add oil. Toss to coat. Add dressing mix and toss again until coated. Bake on ungreased baking pan at 450 degrees for 35 mins.
