  • 1 Roma tomato, chopped (1/2 cup)
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 ⁄2 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1
