Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 head red cabbage(Sliced thin)
- 6 Tblsp sugar
- 2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter and add cabbage. Saute for 5 mins. Add sugar and toss evenly. Add vinegar, cover and cook for about 30 mins. Season with salt and pepper.
