Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
- 1 1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup english walnuts -- chopped fine
Preparation
Step 1
Place cream cheese in a bowl and leave at room temperature until softened. Add blue cheese and garlic and blend until well mixed. Chill for a couple of hours, covered. Shape mixture into a large ball or two small ones. Roll in the chopped nuts, then in plastic wrap and chill again until ready to use. You can also freeze them.
