Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 sticks butter, room temp
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line bottom and sides of 9x13 inch baking dish with foil, leaving overhang.
In a bowl, whisk together flour, pie spice, baking soda and salt.
In a mixer, beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Beat in pumpkin puree, mix well. Add flour mix, then chocolate chips.
Spread batter evenly in pan. Bake 30-40 minutes. Cool completely in pan.
Lift from pan using foil, cut into 24 squares.
