- 2 zucchini
- 2 yellow squash
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Heat a grill or grill pan to medium. Slice zucchini and squash into 1/2 inch thick diagonal slices. In a bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill until tender, 6-8 minutes per side.
