Ingredients
- 1 large horseradish
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 2 medium beets
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Slice top off horseradish and save for seder plate. Peel and grate in a processor along with peeled beets. Scrape into wide mouth jar and add vinegar, sugar, salt and water. Mix and store covered in refrigerator.
