CHECKEN ENCHILADA

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breast
  • 8 Oz Sour Cream
  • 12-16 Oz Picante Sauce
  • 1 Can Cream Chicken-mushroom soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Boil chicken then shred. Add Picante sauce to chicken and mix. Roll mix in corn tortillas place in baking dish.
Mix soup , sour cream and milk. pour on top of tortillas and cover with cheese. Cover bake at 350 for 45 min. remove cover and lightly brown cheese
