Biscuit on Creamy Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen peas (10 oz.), thawed
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package (12 - 16 oz.) biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all except cheese and biscuits; transfer to 11 x 7 dish. Sprinkle with cheese; top with biscuits. Bake 20 minutes.
