Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 c. all purpose flour
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. salt
- 3/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate mini-morsels
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas. Combine flour and next three ingredients; gradually add to creamed mixture. Beating until blended. Stir in mini-morsels and nuts. Spoon batter into a greased 9X5X3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 10 mins.
