Sausage Balls

A great appetizer!!!! We always have them at christmas time. Alot of prep work but worth it, I promise!

Ingredients

• 3 cup biscuit mix
• 4 cups shredded cheddar
• 1 lb. hot sausage (bulk), uncooked

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 F. Combine biscuit mix, uncooked sausage,and cheese. Mix well. Roll in balls the size of marbles. Bake for 12-15 min.
